Jeffery Chin
Jeffery is a staff psychologist with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore. He is currently the Deputy Director of the Singapore Police Force (SPF)’s Scam Public Education Office (SPEO). A forensic psychologist by training, he has served as a psychologist with the Ministry of Home Affairs for more than 15 years in various roles such as operations support, research, and training. He is also a trained crisis negotiator and has been supporting the operations of the Singapore Police Force’s Crisis Negotiation Unit as a psychologist since 2007.
Jeffery holds an MSc in Investigative and Forensic Psychology from the University of Liverpool, UK. He is pursuing his PhD on a part-time basis with the University of Portsmouth, UK.
